Team Member
As a restaurant Team Member, you’ll be responsible for the proper and efficient operation of your shift, delivering quality food and exceptional customer service according to company standards and policies. This position offers starting pay of $14 per hour at Delaware and Virginia locations and $15 per hour in Maryland locations, excellent benefits, and lots of opportunity for advancement in a friendly, supportive environment.
Duties
- Taking customer orders
- Preparing food made to order
- Performing cash register duties
- General cleaning duties
- Possibly opening or closing the restaurant

Shift Leader
The Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the Management Team. He or she is also responsible to meet and/or exceed performance goals according to corporate objectives. These objectives include developing and training hourly team members.
Duties
- Ensure exceptional customer service is being delivered
- Support management team to improve restaurant performance
- Provide direction, motivation, and coaching for team members during the shift
- Be willing and able to perform all the duties of a typical restaurant team member

Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in the management of the entire restaurant’s operations. He or she is also responsible to meet and/or exceed performance goals according to corporate objectives. These objectives include developing and training hourly associates.

- Supervise day-to-day task assignments
- Hire, train, manage team members
- Coach and develop restaurant team
- Ensures restaurant profitability
- Ensures standards on food preparation and handling
- Deliver exceptional customer service

General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for the management of the entire restaurant operation. He or she will lead the team to ensure execution of organizational objectives and initiatives and achievement of restaurant goals. The General Manager is responsible for customer and associate satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability. The General Manager will select, develop, and effectively lead a high performing team.
